Placement Procedure
- Job Posting: Companies announce job openings and requirements through the college placement portal.
- Student Registration: Eligible students register their interest and provide basic information.
- Resume Shortlisting: Companies review and shortlist candidates based on resumes and academic records.
- Pre-Placement Talk: Companies conduct presentations to introduce their organization and job roles.
- Written Test: Candidates take aptitude tests covering quantitative, logical, and technical skills.
- Group Discussion: Shortlisted candidates participate in group discussions to assess communication skills.
- Technical Interview: Candidates face technical questions to evaluate domain knowledge and problem-solving.
- HR Interview: Final round assessing personality, motivation, and cultural fit.
- Offer Release: Selected candidates receive formal job offers with terms and conditions.
- Joining Process: Candidates complete documentation, background checks, and join the company.
